About Project-X
CRM and project delivery for 21Tech
What this is
Project-X is the internal CRM and project-delivery platform operated by 21Tech, a software company based in Thimphu, Bhutan. It is used by our own staff and by partners we invite, to manage commercial relationships and the projects that come out of them. It is not a public service and has no public sign-up.
Who uses it
Named employees of 21Tech, and individual users at partner organisations who have been given an account. Every account belongs to exactly one organisation, and data is separated so one organisation cannot see another’s records.
What it stores
Companies we work with, the people we deal with there, the history of our conversations with them, and the projects, milestones and infrastructure attached to each engagement. Where a Google account is connected, that history includes email and meetings drawn from that account.
Google account access
Connecting Google is optional and per-user. Mail, calendar and contact data are read to build a partner’s activity timeline and to import people you already know. We never send, alter or delete anything in your mailbox, and we request read-only permissions for exactly that reason. Access can be revoked from Settings at any time.
How data is handled
Records are held on infrastructure operated by 21Tech in Bhutan. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Some features send limited text to external providers to work — search and AI summarising — and those are governed by per-deployment settings that default to off.
