Access is limited to 21Tech staff and invited partners. There is no public sign-up.

What it does

Partner pipeline

Track companies through the commercial stages, from a first conversation to a signed term sheet and delivery.

Project delivery

Follow each project through Discovery, Build, QA, Live and AMC, with the team and infrastructure recorded against it.

One timeline per partner

Notes, calls, emails, meetings and tasks in a single chronological record, instead of split across tools.

Research and enrichment

Work out who a contact actually is from their email address, with the evidence and a confidence score attached rather than a bare guess.

Why we ask for Google access

Connecting a Google account is optional — the CRM works without it. When you do connect one, each permission is used only for the purpose below, and only for the account that granted it.

Gmail (read-only): Log the email you already exchange with a partner onto their CRM timeline, so the history of a deal is not scattered across inboxes. Messages are read to build that timeline — never sent, modified or deleted.
Calendar (read-only): Attach meetings with a partner to the same timeline, so a call and its follow-up sit together.
Contacts (read-only): Import the people you already know into the CRM instead of retyping names, titles and phone numbers.
Sheets: Keep the deal pipeline in step with the spreadsheet the commercial team works in, in both directions.
Drive (file metadata only): Reference documents attached to a partner. Only names and metadata are read, never file contents.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access. See our privacy policy for how the data is stored and retained.
